They are produced in series from two- and three-metre strips on hydraulic bending presses.
The bend is made along the entire length of the strip at once using long bar tools. This achieves high dimensional accuracy of the products. This technology can also be used for edging – reinforcement of the strip edges.
When welding waterproofing foil to laminated sheet, only materials of the same or chemically related composition, i.e. PVC-PVC, TPO-TPO, EVA-EVA or EVA-PVC, may be welded. Only in this way is the impermeability of the entire system guaranteed.
